EE Smith operate within the Hotel and Leisure Industry for a number of established and exclusive Blue-Chip clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
Who we're looking for
This is a challenging and varied role where you will be responsible for managing the cost effectiveness of projects to ensure their financial success (value up to c£10M) as well as analyzing and developing responses to the Company's commercial risks and tenders.
You must be able to demonstrate commercial awareness as well as strong technical, programme understanding and communication/inter-personal skills in order to liaise effectively with site personnel, project managers and clients.
You must be a team player who wants to progress their career with an established organisation.
