Outstanding Technical Graduate? - Industrial Consultant

The role will involve initial design and delivery of consultancy engagements to a diverse range of clients across industries and locations
Consulting projects will involve operational improvement and delivery of projects using Lean and Six Sigma toolsets
Defining and delivering projects for continuous improvement to improve efficiency and quality, whilst driving up key KPI's of shop floor workers.
Projects range from the Defence Sector, throughout Manufacturing and into the Food Sector
Roles will involve working at client site from Monday through Friday
Successful applicants will undergo an extensive induction programme including Continuous Improvement 'Boot Camps' where you will learn more about Lean Six Sigma and consulting techniques. New employees will receive 1 to 1 mentoring and will rotate between up to 5 sites over their first 8-10 months to gain exposure to the diverse range of projects and clients.

Who we're looking for
Outstanding analytical thinkers and logical problem solvers with enthusiasm and a passion for creating a vision and engaging other stakeholders on projects
A top degree (1st or 2.1) preferred in a Analytical / Technical subject (BEng, MEng in Aero, Auto, Mechanical Engineering, or Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) etc.
Recent graduate from a well respected red brick university
Or<5 years experience in a blue chip business having completed a graduate scheme or initial management training
European language would be beneficial but not essential.
