The role will cover all quantity surveying areas working on a myriad of projects including commercial and industrial buildings, offices, education and leisure facilities as well as residential developments throughout Leicestershire.
As part of the quantity surveying role the individual will work with the client as well as other disciplines on projects from inception to completion.
Building strong relationships with clients is key to the company's success. The role will require the individual to represent the company, offering a professional quantity surveying service including full cost management, project review and audit work as well as contract management and administration.
The company train their quantity surveyors to question and investigate alternative options, pursuing best value without compromising quality or design integrity.
