Commercial property senior associate required for leading regional law firm based in Gatwick areato assist the partner as well as handling own caseload and supervising subordinate staff. The work involves commercial leases acting for landlords and tenants, 1954 Act procedures, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, commercial development and corporate support.

Who we're looking for
Someone with quality commercial experience playing a senior role in a busy commercial property department (private practice). Experience in Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial property and corporate support Proven ability to win clients and develop client relationships. Specialism in key work area an advantage. Client following an advantage but not essential. Ability to supervise, and to devise and implement procedures
