Our client has undergone significant growth in recent years' and as such an HR Advisor position has become available. In this multi site role you will support, advise and work directly with the HR Manager and Operations team to drive business growth and profitability. Managing employee relations issues will be a strong focus in this role, making up about two thirds of your time.

This role is crucial in providing support to initiatives linked directly to the business plan, which is part of the change programme that our client's undertaking.

Who we're looking for
You will be of graduate calibre, a strong generalist background, ideally with experience in a similar background. Strong and up to date knowledge of UK employment law is required.

This role will require significant regional travel and change management, as such you must have multi-site and TUPE experience in order to be considered for this role.
