The epitome of business partnering, as Finance Analyst , based in Blackpool, you will have the ability to affect the daily direction of this business unit working with Senior Business Development Executives and reporting directly into the Finance Manager for this unit, this role will require commercial and financial gravitas without question.
You will be the main interface between the Finance function and the operations management team providing financial support to a group of cost centre managers including reviewing variance analysis and the validations of assumptions.
This role will ultimately provide support and consultancy to a wider non-finance team providing a route into a undoubtedly value adding role.
Who we're looking for
The successful individual will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ CIMA or ACCA), between 3&5 years PQE, with broad financial competency and an inquisitive mind, you will have demonstrable experience of working with senior members of management in using your ability to influence situations to conclusion.Clear leadership skills are essential
