As UK Sales Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director.You will manage a small specialist team who are all highly experienced as well as having direct account management responsibility for the company's main customer base of military OEMs and the MOD. A knowledge of MOD tenders would therefore be an advantage.
Both you and your team will cover an account base across the UK so extensive travel will be required with occasional overseas trips.
Who we're looking for
The ideal UK sales Manager will:
• Have a relevant Engineering/Electronics Qualification
• Ideally have strong experience of selling to the MOD/Military OEMs
• Be familiar with contract preparation and bidding
• Have strong man management skills
• Be an excellent networker with strong interpersonal skills

What's on offer
