Our client sees the South East as a huge and fertile ground for the growth of a top rate Commercial Property practice. Increasing rental and land costs are seeing even the most successful clients relocating out of London. This opportunity will have the full backing and support of our client's network of national offices in order to grow a Greenfield Commercial Property department.

Who we're looking for
With staff in the other offices ready to assist with the day to day legal work this position is for a partner or a senior associate who is motivated to develop business rather than to carry out technical work. No following is required however you will need to provide a business and marketing plan.
