You will work in a Commercial Property Team for a niche Commercial Property practice in The Thames Valley.
The team consists of 5 partners and 7 assistants and you will work on a range of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, property project work and acting for lenders in property finance matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on city quality work and a with clients in the FTSE 100 and 250.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an assistant solicitor from a city or well regarded regional practice.
The ideal candidate will have have current experience of working on a range of Commercial Property matters for blue chip clients, including Landlord and Tenant, Sales and Acquisition, Corporate Support and Property Project work.
Experience of Commercial Property Finance and in particular documenting term, revolving and development facilities will be an advantage but not essential.
