Site based, you will be responsible for providing planning services for a full range of projects, with typical project values varying from £1m - £20m.
Responsibilities for this role will include, production of contracts, maintainingprogrammes and progress reporting. In addition to bills of quantities and other project documents in order to build detailed project plans/programmes specifying time and resource requirements for projects.
Other duties will include;
• Assess and plan time, resources and materials for projects
• Ensure plans are accessible to site management
• When required , produce support documentation for submission on extension of time applications
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have recent relevant experience within a similar role, be a real team player and focussed on a long term career within a Design team.
