Employer Solutions Manager

Market and sell employer solutions related services to new and existing clients in order to achieve fee targets and to provide leads into quality corporate targets.
Head up an Employer Solutions team to deliver the work when won.
Provide technical expertise to partners, clients and other members of staff and to ensure that client service is maintained at the highest level.
Responsibilities:
Promote Employer Solutions services to the external and internal markets ie by presenting at seminars, attending networking events and developing relationships with local intermediaries.
Keep other tax staff updated on technical developments in Employment Taxes.
Work with the Tax Investigations team where necessary
Implement an agreed business plan for development of the Employer Solutions practice for the office, focusing both on the large Corporate and more traditional local marketplaces.
Who we're looking for
Ideally CTA qualified
Experience of advising on Employer solutions matters such as Company Reviews including expenses, PAYE, remuneration packages, car schemes and flexible benefit schemes.
Good working knowledge of tax compliance and regulation including experience of dealing with Inland Revenue
