Your role as a Senior Executive - Corporate Restructuring, Pensions Advisory will involve working with both pension scheme trustees and sponsoring employer companies and provide support and advice on corporate transactions.
You will also assess the strength of employer covenants and advise on recovery plans / security and negotiations between trustees and the company.
Who we're looking for
As a Senior Executive - Corporate Restructuring, Pensions Advisory you will be ACA / ACCA qualified and possess a high level of commercial acumen and understanding of corporate transactions. You must have previous restructuring / advisory experience or alternatively, Transaction Support experience. You will be a team player and have excellent communication skills.
