Procurement Project Leader

As the successful candidate, you will focus on delivering on x business/country strategic Sourcing and Accounts Payable Digitization projects, working closely with Sourcing and Controllership teams. You will have significant involvement with the project management of key strategic Sourcing initiatives, supporting cross business Sourcing Digitization project rollouts. Working closely with platforms to deliver on initiatives such as Oracle Purchasing, Payables, T&L, Web Cash, Electronic invoicing and Purchasing verticals.

Other Key Duties:
• Identification of cross country, cross commodity saving opportunities
• Identification, review of business specific contract terms and conditions. Identifying opportunities for renegotiation
• Renegotiation of existing contracts resulting in savings leveraging Sourcing practices such as e- auctions
• Project management of Corporate Sourcing projects to leverage saving opportunities in CFS
• Supplier development and vendor management
• Improved Sourcing and operations integration

Who we're looking for
A strategic Sourcing professional with considerable experience in delivering measurable results across commodities. You will be both confident and assertive with strong influencing skills across business functions, with the confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with business leaders to achieve business objectives while driving Sourcing policies. With this in mind you will have experience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.

• Conversant with Strategic sourcing, e auctions practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous Oracle Financials experience highly desired
