The Land Manager will be based in Blackburn and will be responsible for procuring a supply of development land. They will also manage the Land department maximising the abilities of the individuals ensuring the continuation of commercial success and profitability of the company.

Who we're looking for
The Land Manager will have the following skills:
• Experienced Land Professional.
• Strong Relationship building skills.
• Ability to capitalise on opportunities.
• Knowledge of contract law and planning legislation.
