Large privately owned building contactor are currently looking for M&E project manager to work on New build ranging in value from £1million - £15million. The contracts also range in sector with new build projects within healthcare, education, Residential and commercial.
As the M&E manger you will be required to design programmes that will assist in the effective instalment of M&E Systems on site. This will include
• Daily checks of progress on various sites
• Procure materials and subcontractors
• To manage progress of the M&E subcontractors including quality checks
• to liaise with your line director and the client with any potential issues
• To check compliancy with the latest building regulations
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the role will be required to have the following
• experience of managing M&E contracts on builds up to £10million in value
• Varied experience of different M&E Contracts
• must have sound knowledge of latest building regulations
• Must have worked in a client facing environment before
