Management Consultant

Project and Program Management

Supporting Executives and Business Leaders at management level
• Management of Risk, Change and Issue
• Create and follow Project Plans for development and management
• Being responsible for planning and forecasting budgets
• Being open to travel both in the UK and Internationally
• Managing delivery by providing vision and control.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate proven project management experience on complex product development or on projects in the manufacturing industry.
They will possess excellent communication skills in all forms, including written, verbal, interpersonal and the ability to deliver presentations of a high standard.
They will be very well organised and be able to plan effectively, with the ability to negotiate effectively and influence at all stages of a project.
Candidates with accreditation in Project Management and previous consulting experience will be at an advantage, as will those with an Engineering related first degree.
Candidates should have some exposure to operational improvement based tools such as Lean, Six Sigma within a production / supply chain function.
A second European language (German or French) is preferred however outstanding candidates without languages will also be considered.
