My client's technology group is looking for a highly motivated lawyer to work on major contracts such as outsourcings and system development contracts. This role will be based in London working as part of the TMT and Outsourcing team. The group as a whole has four partners although there are plans for further growth.You will be reporting to a senior partner and working on a mixture of deals in the TMT and Outsourcing sector - recent deals (i.e. within the last four months) have involved advising a financial services organisation on the establishment of a price comparison service, IT supply agreements working for a large financial institution, advising on a bid for a five-year outsourcing agreement, advising on on-line copyright issues for a satellite navigation company, advising clients on the disposal of a telecoms company and advising on transitional services agreements
Who we're looking for
Ideally the candidate will have relevant experience in the TMT/Outsourcing sector (with a slight preference for experience gained in private practice).Strong academics are preferred - more important though is the right attitude - if the candidate is going to get the most out of the role, they will have an enquiring mind, a real interest in TMT/Outsourcing work and a willingness to learn.
