You will lead and motivate your teams to deliver the very best in customer experience in an environment that sets us aside from our competitors. You will take pride in the visual standards of your stores and actively develop relationships within the local community. The success of your teams should be a point pride for you and internal development will play a key part in your operational focus.
Who we're looking for
If you can demonstrate a proven ability to manage in a Retail or Hospitality environment at a multi site level or that your next step would be a field role we want to hear from you. We play the odds and if you have the skills and drive then we may just gamble on your success.
About our client

To make it easy for our customers and potential customers to identify that they can place fixed odds bets on a wide variety of sports - from golf to ice hockey and, of course, horseracing - we operate all these channels under their brand umbrella. Customers can also access our unique pool products for horseracing as well through these channels.
