Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will work in close partnership with their area of the business supporting them with their people agenda in a varied generalist role. Duties will be varied and include recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. The focus is to enable the business to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Some travel may be required from time to time to see clients in other regions. This will be supported financially by our client.

Who we're looking for
A professional and credible HR Advisor with a proven track record of working with a client group in a partnership role. Ideally CIPD qualified, or certainly part-qualified you will be of graduate calibe. In person you will be approachable and friendly and be comfortable operating at all levels of the organisation. You will be able to challenge senior managers but in a constructive and non confrontational manner to foster positive working relationships.
