Our Client seeks to recruit an NQ Solicitor who is keen to specialise in Commercial Property Law to join their successful team in Guildford.The work will include Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and disposals and Commercial conveyancing.

Who we're looking for
You will :
• Be keen to specialise in a wide range of Commercial Property Law
• HaveGood communication and IT skills
• Have the ability to drive to inspect site and travel to other office locations
• Have the ability to maintain high standard in the processing of Client work
• Have a helpful and friendly disposition and a self-starting approach to work.

About our client
Our Client has around 40 staff between offices in Guildford and Godalming, with a range of accredited specialists in most practice areas.
