This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading financial services provider within their successful, changingand expanding training division. Reporting to the Head of Learning, the role will lead a team of up to 8 delivery specialists across 2 sites. As the L&D Manager for delivery, your responsibilities will include...
•Develop your team members and strive to promote the value of the training function and how it can benefit organisational success
• Improve the behavioural skillsof contact centre employees through training to ensure effective delivery and implementation of company targets
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and liaise with them to maintain training in line with the business strategy including short notice ad hoc changes to training plans
• Act as a training business partner to the organisation
• Contribute to the training design process and review as necessary while constantly monitoring the implementation and success of training done
• Track training under Retail Training Standards and Observation requirements
NB- Thisposition will involve regular travel as it isa dual site role so you must be comfortable with spending c.2 nights away from West Yorkshire per week.

Who we're looking for
A confident team manager able to coach and mentor. You will have specialised in delivery and feel comfortable influencing at all levels and thrive under pressure. You will enjoy the buzz of hitting strict deadlines and will couple excellent training delivery skills with a proven background in financial services or customer service orientated FTSE business. This will ideallyinclude a financial qualification such as CeMap, however, youwill be considered if CIPD/CITP qualified with an eagerness to undertake further necessary qualifications immediately.
