Big 4 Accounts Practice
Isle of Man
Permanent ⁄ £35000 - £45000
Updated August 24, 2008
Our client is looking to recruit Audit Executives into their growing firm in the Isle of Man. The role broadly involves maintaining a hands-on approach to the audit process from start to finish, while also taking on a position of responsibility within the firm and audit team. You will be involved with planning the audit, conducting client visits and fieldwork, and presenting findings back to the Audit Directors and Partners. In this thriving firm, you will gain all-round financial services exposure, and will be given the opportunity to train in such markets as funds and captive client audits. The role would ideally suit someone wanting to gain a grounding in UK and international financial services audit, while enjoying a positive work/life balance.
Who we're looking for
• You must hold an ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
• You should have a proven track-recordin audit; prior exposure to financial services is an advantage.
• You should ideally already hold a supervisory position within an audit firm.
About our client
Our client is one of the leading Big 4 professional services firms in the world. They have a strong presence in the offshore financial market, and are looking to expand their current audit practice to become the leading audit provider on the island.
What's on offer
A competitive remuneration, with low rates of personal tax; a wide portfolio of clients, spanning a broad set of markets; the chance to work on range of audit assignments; positive work/life balance within the firm, with low commuting times; location close to both the UK and Ireland, with excellent transport links to both.
