The Customer management team is responsible for understanding my client's customer's need and using this knowledge to manage and deliver effective communications and increase customer satisfaction.
These vacancies are within the Customer Segmentation and Customer reporting Teams and the successful candidates will also be expected to move across teams to increase their knowledge and experience as part of their career development.
As Customer Management Executive you will be responsible for building predictive models, analysing customer behaviour and segmenting the customer base to make sure this Company's strategy is meeting itscustomers needs. The successful job holder will also be responsible for segmenting the customer database for marketing campaigns and the extraction, manipulation, analysis and reporting of customer data to measure results, understand trends, improve targeting and directly inform strategic decision making.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for applications from individuals with strong analytical skills and a desire to really understand customer needs and drive direct action to improve the customer experience and increase sales. The successful job holder will be interested in data and an analytical problem solver with experience of using data analysis tools (e.g SQL or SAS).
