Planning falls within the Commercial Property department which acts for commercial and residential land developers throughout England and Wales in dealing with site assembly and acquisition, development agreements (including joint ventures and PFI), construction documentation, agreements for lease, leases and ultimate disposal. The team also has a dedicated unit dealing specifically with the needs of residential developers in the disposal of new build units.

The team has extensive expertise in environmental and planning issues arising in land development projects.

Key areas of expertise are:

Site assembly and acquisition
Development agreements / joint venture agreements
Private Finance Initiative / Public Private Partnership
Planning and environmental law
Construction documentation
Residential plot sales

The exact nature of the role will depend upon the experience of each individual.
