The firm offers a comprehensive corporate finance service covering all stages of company development from start-up to flotation, and the full range of corporate support services including commercial property, pensions and employment and all aspects of company legislation. Their services include:

Start-up funding, acquisition finance, development capital and venture capital
Banking and securities
AIM and full list flotation
MBOs, MBIs and company restructuring
Business recovery

They are looking to recruit a head of department to build upon the success the firm has has in the corporate marketplace over the last few years.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a well renowned name in the marketplace and have earned an enviable reputation however they could potentially be coming from outside the region. Whilst a following is not strictly necessary, you will have strong contacts with referrers of work and be a natural rainmaker. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the department at an exciting time in the firm's development.
