The role will be to design and deliver L&D initiatives to support the development and training of manager- level employees. You will be confident and comfortable delivering my client's L&D programs but able to identify skills gaps and advise accordingly. The L&D programme will be focussed on personal development and management, delivery will make up roughly one third of the role. You will be proactive and self-sufficient and able to engage with the client group, transferring your skills to effect the workplace in a very real way.
Who we're looking for
• The candidate will provide excellent 1:1 coaching
• Be confident coaching up to Board level
• Able to design L&D programmes
• Be creative and personable
• Identify skills gaps
• Feel comfortable working in a media environment
