Brand Development Manager

The Brand Development Manager is responsible for delivery of new branded products and services.
As a member of the brand team, the Brand Development Manager will be fully knowledgeable of the brand strategy, regional growth strategy and the evolution of the brands and works to ensure the appropriate execution of the brands in target growth countries.
The Brand Development Manager will maintain the brand integrity within the established framework and develop regional brand executions in a particular region or culture, e.g. France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Russia, Middle East, etc.
You will work closely with the EMEA divisional stakeholders to determine the agreed plan, as well as the global Brand Teams.
You will be responsible for:

• Driving the design and delivery of brand product and service innovation

• Engage the Insights team to develop fact-base for any new product development and to define methodology for testing of new concepts
• Establish a framework for product and service development that ensures consistency in process, functional engagement and supplier relationships across brands
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Design & Engineering, IT, Technical Services, HR, Operations, Legal and other Sales & Marketing functions, on brand development projects to ensure functional expertise is leveraged and implications for implementation are fully understood

Who we're looking for
The Brand Development Manager will bring the following the role:

• Educated to degree level
• Brand Marketing or Marketing experience acquired in consumer-led organisations.
• Implementing innovation processes and proven experience in integrated brand strategy formulation & implementation.
• Experience in third party agency management.
