The role will involve day to day involvement on the legal aspects of trusts and life products offered by the organisation. A knowledge of trusts is important and it would be useful for the candidate to understand IHT and related issues. You will get involved in the various products dealt with by the organisation, drafting and negotiation of contracts and the regulatory aspects of the business. You may also become involved in commercial contracts and various other projects as they arise. You will be advising various business units as to all the relevant legal considerations and the role can offer good responsibility and autonomy.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be bright and with solid private client related experience. You will be either in house at present or looking to make the move in house. Ideally someone with trusts experience and an understanding of this area.
