Sales Training Manager

Responsible for delivering sales skills training interventions to improve and develop existing talent within the business and continuing to raise the selling standard of the team

Who we're looking for
• Working with the Sales Operations team to review, design and deliver the LexisNexis Sales Process methodology and design and deliver all necessary training within the Sales Process
• Assess and engage with internal and external training companies to identify relevant courses which will deliver training requirements aligned with the Sales Process methodology
• Assessing training needs within the Sales team and develop appropriate training programmes which are aligned with the Sales Process and the Good to Great Development Programme
• Is a 'Good to Great' role model and leads/reinforces the 'Good to Great' Development Programme
• Working with line managers to identify, coach and develop high performers
• Design and delivery of training sessions - particularly in relation to basic selling skills, key account management and consultative sales techniques
• Management of third party training suppliers to ensure consistent quality and efficient delivery of training in line with the Sales Process and the Good to Great Development programme
• Design and delivery of training sessions with special focus on 'new' selling skills which are aligned with the business strategy. For example: part of the business strategy is to develop Practitioner Solutions to the legal profession, therefore training interventions on 'selling to legal Practitioners' is required as well as 'selling to strategic decision makers', training on 'how t
