Permanent ⁄ £35000 - £60000

You will be involved in general commercial property related cases which will include Landlord & Tenant (acting for both), Agreements for Lease, Leases, Assignments, Freehold Acquisition and Disposal, Banking (acting for Lenders) and Development - acting in site acquisition, planning and leasehold disposals.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for candidates that have had at least 6months of property experience and have a genuine desire to work in Bedfordshire
