We are looking for a Project Manager - Construction knowledge to work for a utilities Company in the North of England. The projects are diverse and could be anything from a new site, a refurbishment, a fit out, extension, car park, etc.
Day to day the successful candidate will be responsible for progress meetings, management of sub contractors, writing project scopes, quotations, and liaison with all third parties.Interfacing internally with the following Teams: CAD, Engineering, Administration.

• Projects managed up to £1 Million in value
• Customer Facing
• CAD (desirable)
• M&E (desirable)
