As part of the Asset Management team, the Property Manager will actively undertake the majority of management tasks for a predominantly retail portfolio in the Midlands. They will be working within the existing team and supporting centre and building management staff.

The Property Manager will...

• liaise with property owners, tenants and the team in the administration and monitoring of lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals.

• have overall responsibility for the financial management of the property.

• work with the existing team to maximise income and implement effective marketing plans.

• attend sites on a regular basis and attend regular client meetings.

Who we're looking for
The Property Manager may be a qualified surveyor pursuing a career within property management or an established property manager seeking a new challenge. Ideally Midlands based but other locations will be considered if willing to travel as role requires.
