Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based out of the East Midlands. Working with a high performance team delivering high quality services. Initial role will be on a midlands based tenanted accommodation project with a value in excess of £80m.

The responsibilities will be a ensuring high quality and consistent service delivery standards, managing the delivery of work through hands on involvement where appropriate and through management of staff within the team.

This is a client facing role where you will liaise and report on the project, finding innovative and bespoke solutions for the clients. You will be expected to strengthen service delivery capability and add value for the clients.

Who we're looking for
• RICS qualified
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Evidence of strong people management guiding colleagues in accordance with the organisations beliefs
• Proven record of delivering complex projects and an in depth knowledge of different construction procedures
• Forward thinking approach to the management of clients and projects
• The successful candidate will have a desire to develop their career.
