Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required in East Midlands to deliver commercial, contractual and strategic advice in the retail sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the consultancy's largest retail client who is undergoing an entire property portfolio upgrade.

Responsibilities will include providing pre and post contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services, undertaking own projects and providing support to the rest of the team. You will assist in final reports and final accounts.

You will audit contractors' accounts and work as part of the team undertaking assurance and innovation audits of multi disciplined delivery teams.
