You will work on a range of corporate and commercial matters, although the bias of the work will be corporate transactions.
You will be ideally placed to run your own deals, assist the partner on larger complex deals and eventually progress to partner in this well regarded private practice in Berkshire.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a corporate commercial solicitor that:
• Has trained in and or worked at a well regarded regional or city practice; and
• Is able to work with limited supervision on the full gamut of corporate transactions with values ranging from £5 million to in excess of £1 billion.

Our client is a Chambers listed private practice in the Berkshire with a reputation for high level corporate and commercial work.
