The Commercial Group advises institutional and private clients as well as professional intermediaries upon Jersey's financial and commercial laws and regulations and the use of Jersey as an offshore financial centre.

Practice areas include:
• investment funds
• capital market transactions
• employee share ownership plans
• deferred compensation trusts
• offshore employee companies
• company and trust law
• partnerships and taxation.

The firm is also noted for being a leader in the Islamic fund market and shari'ah-compliant funds.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified lawyer who has a demonstrable track record of success in commercial law gained within a top tier or Offshore private practice background with any of the specialist areas detailed above. In addition you will have -

• The ability to think tangentially and thrive in a challenging environment with minimal supervision
• An excellent academic profile

You must also possess the commercial astuteness to influence both internally and externally with ease. Your client facing skills will be second to none.
