Consultants in this firmprimarily lead work-streams focused on substantial sourcing categories, procurement transformation, SRM initiatives and supply chain. In this capacity, they are responsible for both the planning and the successful execution of complex work-streams that often cross both functional as well as geographical boundaries.
The consultants are expectedto drive the development of ambitious sourcing strategies and, working with relevant client staff and managers, to direct the implementation to achieve the targets. Beyond the application of sourcing and procurement experience, this role requires the Consultant to demonstrate business acumen, leadership, situational and organisational awareness and creativity.
Who we're looking for
•Candidates who have:
• Previous consulting experience within a leading consultancy,or exceptional procurement experience<BR>• Experience within blue-chip organisations
• Proven experience of managing own projects and small project teams
• Solid functional knowledge in the areas of sourcing, procurement transformation, SRM initiatives and supply chain
• A minimum of a Bachelors degree from a top institution.
• Demonstrated people management skills
