This is a generalist role which will provide an HR service to a division of this organisation. It encompasses all aspects of HR but will require the successful candidate to demonstrate significant commercial acumen and be able to drive a change agenda within the business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has HR Business partner or HR Manager experience gained in a retail, business services or financial services environment. You should be comfortable operating at all levels of business and be able to demonstrate your experience of driving large scale change in a major corporate environment.
