Working closely withthe Partner the successful candidate will become integral to the growth of the plc corporate finance business. Key responsibilities include:
• Marketing and developing client relationships
• Transaction management including IPO's, rights issues, placings etc..
• Training and supervision of other team members
Who we're looking for
You will likely be working in a Tier 2 brokerage house and relish the challenge of moving to a Big 4 environment. In addition you will possess the following characteristics:
• Deep experience of the UKLA Listing Rules
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a team based collaborative environment
