Distressed Debt Paralegal

You will be required to give full back office support to our clients team of London based investment funds traders and analysts. Working hand in hand with the front office team, you will be an integral part of the day to day operations ensuring correct execution and settlement of trades.

Who we're looking for
A paralegal, with experience from an asset management house, ideally with a distressed debt bias to funds. You will be familiar with Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation and the standard operational and settlement procedures of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA)
