An exciting expansion into a funky and fun new environment is upon Martek Marine and to further their growth they seek to recruit a remarkable International Sales Manager to help write the next chapter in their success story.
You will assume full responsibility for sales of their highly differentiated products and management of the overseas agents in your territory. Extensive international travel will be involved. Experience of the marine industry is not essential, but a positive "can do" attitude is a must.
Who we're looking for
The successful International Sales Manager will:
• Be highly competitive and goal orientated
• Be an entrepreneurial self starter
• Have a track record of achieving major sales growth
• Be comfortable with international travel of up to two weeks per month for approximately 10 months of the year.
Marine industry experience is by no means essential, but your can do attitude and desire to grow your career with this rapidly growing organisation will be.

What's on offer
£35-40,000 basic salary + £55,000 1st year OTE (uncapped and unlimited), share save scheme.
