The role is a wide ranging IP role, covering all areas of Intellectual property, specifically the Technology area
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified lawyer (preferably UK qualified with relevant experience) and/or registered to practice as a Patent Attorney. A background in Engineering or other technical expertise would be useful. You will deal with patent protection and portfolio management and related activities for the businesses UK IP portfolio.
You will assist commercial colleagues with all areas of IP advice from initial design review and protection of IP from innovation stages, to licensing, and dealing with technology agreements and NDA's. You will also be responsible for patent applications and Trademark applications and management, in addition to communication with outside counsel and provision of advice to internal clients.
