Based in central Swindon working as part of a team of ten you will be offering 1st line HR support to a population in excess of 1000 employees handing a variety of enquiries ranging from attendance issues through complex grievance and disciplinary issues.

Reporting to the regional business partners you will be a key member of the HR team providing key advisory support and assisting these Business Partners with the day to day issues affecting their customer groups.

Who we're looking for
• A strong working knowledge of Generalist HR issues
• Working knowledge of HR issues within a unionised environment would be beneficial but is not essential
• A strong communicator who is keen to drive their HR career forward
• CIPD part qualified would be beneficial.
