As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of sales staff and specialist consultants in a Branch around the Manchester area, ensuring that there isa constant stream of new businessand customers to add to the Bank's books.
Your role will entail ensuring thatservice levels and customer satisfaction is high, as well as developingnew andexisting staff members.

Who we're looking for
• Manchester base
• Retail Banking experience would be advantageous, but not essential
• Branch Manager or Store Manager experience a necessity
