As Senior Facilities Manager you will utilise your intricate knowledge of the Facilities Arena with the management of the Client Relationship and Building Services including both hard and soft services for a Service Provider in Hertfordshire.
Key day to day responsibilities include;
• Total Facilities Management
• Account Management
• Contract Management
• Health and Safety Polices and Procedures
• Project Management
• Contractor Management
• Service Level Agreements
• Key Performance Indicators
• Multiple Site Management

Who we're looking for
We are seeking a Senior Total Facilities professional, ideally with a bias towards Soft Services and a working knowledge of Facilities Contract Management. Work knowledge of the manufacturing industry would be preferred but is not essential.
