Reporting into and liaising directly with the Senior Architect.Working as part of the architectural team based in Leicester producing all working technical drawings,preparation of feasibility studies/sketch designs/detail design/specs/report/tender action.
The projects include retail,commercial,residential, education, leisure,central and local government & heritage.
It's important to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to budget
Who we're looking for
Proven track record inproducing working technical drawings & specifications taking projectsfrom inception to completion
Knowledge of H&S and CDM
Proficient with AutoCAD
Design & Technical Skills
A strong team player
Excellent communication skills
