Based in the North West the Construction Director will be responsible for controlling costs, quality and programme within the department.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will behave :
• A relevant building qualification, preferably to Degree Level or at least HNC Level or equivalent, or professional qualification in quantity surveying and/or likely to be a member of the RICS / CIOB.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and its surrounding legislation including Health and Safety regulations.
About our client
The client is a the U.K's largest provider of private retirement homes and flats in the U.K. and have been established for over 30 years.
What's on offer
