IP Solicitor

Working across the broad spectrum of information technology, intellectual property and information management law. The role will involve but not be limited to advising on client's IP strategy from early-stage R&D through to licensing and defence, drafting and negotiation of collaboration agreements and arrangements for the spinout of IP into new commercial arenas. In addition you will deal withtrade marks, advising both public and private sector clients on aspects of data protection and freedom of information law as well as the broader issues of information management such as confidentiality, legal privilege and statutory/regulatory retention requirements; E-Commerce; advising clients on their IP asset protection through litigation and dealing with matters of infringement and threats to their rights.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have some post qualification experience in IP/IT work. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to provide first class service to the client base. You will be looking for a firm that can provide rapid career progression for the right candidates.
