This is a Generalist role which will provide an HR service to a division of this organisation. It encompasses all aspects of HR but will require the successful candidate to demonstrate significant commercial acumen and be able to drive a change agenda within the business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience gained in a Logistics or similar environment. You should be comfortable operating at all levels of business and be able to demonstrate your experience of driving large scale change.
You will be in the Midlands and happy to cover multiple sites within the Midlands and South
