To provide effective EEM Product performance measurement and business insights, across the group by focussing on:

• Analysing, gathering, presenting and interpreting management information in order to assist decision making across Product Management
• Providing guidance to Product Managers to help improve their understanding of performance measurement and therefore the effectiveness of their decision making
• The adherence to and development of policies, processes and tools across Product Management

Main Responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Providing business insight into the performance of EEEM
• Provide business insight into pricing
• Supporting the measurement, interpretation and use of KKPMs across PM
• Analysing, gathering, presenting and interpreting management information in order to assist decision making across Product Management
• Providing guidance to Product Managers to help improve their understanding of performance measurement and therefore the effectiveness of their decision making
• Support the Pricing and Brand Manager on pricing best practice
• Develop our understanding of business performance based on our investments in gross margin
• Maintain awareness of initiatives within Product Management which may lead to a requirement for new or amended policies and procedures

Who we're looking for
• Graduate level education or equivalent with relevant professional experience and knowledge in an analytical and commercial environment, with specific knowledge of pricing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and an understanding of database manipulation and statistical techniques. Very competent in interpreting and using data to substantiate decisions and help others within Product Management make better and clearer decisions through relevant information.
• High cultural awareness with an ability to vary styles to interact confidently at all levels across Product Management and in the wider Group matrix environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills together with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and to be self motivated.
